We develop tools which can dramatically increase patient recruitment and decrease screen failure rates, resulting in substantial time and cost efficiencies.
The tools take the burden away from sites and are used directly by patients. A bigger pool of patients is considered and pre-screened by our AI-System which has high sensitivity and specificity for the target patient profile (mirrored by in- & exclusion criteria). Site investigators are notified of the candidate patients for the trial.
Introducing this with an ongoing clinical trial reduced pre-screen failure rates from 50-90% to close to 0% and has increased the recruitment rate from 0.1-0.3 to 15 per site per month.
