EVALRI develops customized clinical assessment tools built on the Ad-Infer architecture. Applications can be configured for sleep, mental health, neurology, gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory conditions, pain, function, and other research domains.
Each application combines a structured knowledge base, adaptive questioning, explicit clinical rules, fuzzy representation of symptoms, and longitudinal reasoning. The result can support screening, detailed phenotyping, repeated assessment, and research reporting within one coherent framework.
Development begins with a clearly defined clinical or research question. Content, decision rules, outputs, and validation requirements are then tailored to the intended population and use. A language-model interface may support communication and explanation, but diagnostic authority remains with the validated Ad-Infer engine.
